By placing an order with Grow Nova, you automatically accept all the below-listed terms of service whether you read them or not.

We reserve the right to change these terms of service without notice. You are expected to read all terms of service before placing any order to ensure you are up to date with any changes.

2. Refund & Wallet Policy

Once funds are deposited into your Grow Nova wallet, they are strictly non-refundable to your original payment method.

The funds will remain securely in your wallet balance indefinitely and can only be utilized to purchase services within our platform. If an order is cancelled or cannot be completed, the refund will be credited back to your Grow Nova wallet, not to your bank account, card, or payment gateway.

3. Service Delivery

  • Grow Nova will only be used to promote your social accounts and help boost your "Appearance".
  • We DO NOT guarantee that your new followers will interact with you, we simply guarantee you to get the followers you pay for.
  • We DO NOT guarantee 100% of our accounts will have a profile picture, full bio and uploaded pictures, although we strive to make this the reality.
  • You will not upload anything into the Grow Nova site including nudity or any material that is not accepted or suitable for the social media communities.

4. Liability

Grow Nova is in no way liable for any account suspension, shadow-banning, or picture deletion done by Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, or any other social media platform.

5. Registration & Privacy

By registering or accepting this agreement, you affirm that you are at least 18 years of age. We take your privacy seriously and will take all measures to protect your personal information. Any personal information received will only be used to fill your order and will not be sold or redistributed to anyone.

6. Custom Comments & User Content

When utilizing services that allow custom comments or custom text inputs, you are solely responsible for the content you submit.

  • You strictly agree NOT to submit any content that is illegal, offensive, abusive, defamatory, harassing, spam, or violates the guidelines of any social media platform.
  • Grow Nova acts merely as an automated conduit for your submissions and assumes absolutely no liability or responsibility for the content you choose to publish.
  • We reserve the right to permanently ban and terminate any account found abusing this feature or submitting inappropriate content, without notice and without refund of wallet balance.
